I woke up about 7 am, took bath then started to make morning snack and cookies. I thought 'risoles' would be good option for morning snack.
The ingredients which needed for making risoles :
risoles crust ;
- Low fiber flour = 250 gram
- Butter = 1 full spoon
- Salt = half spoon
- Milk Powder = 1 full spoon
- Water = as enough needed
mix all the ingredients until easy to fry mixture spread into a pan one by one until the dough is finished
risoles filling
- carrot = 200 gram
- potatoes = 200 gram
cut carrot and potatoes to small pieces
- pestle red onion and garlic with white pepper
Saute' the onion, pour the chicken water stock and the vegetable for about 15 minutes.
Take one pan dough, put the filling and fold.
Then fry it with cooking oil After made risoles, i continue to make cheese cookies which is called 'Kastengel' for an order. For making Kastengel needed : Edam cheese, low fiber flour, butter, egg yolk, and milk powder. Mixed them and baked for about 30 minutes.
