Blackforest Cake Home Made

Ingredients :
Wheat flour
Corn starch
Skim milk powder
Sugar
Emulsifier
Baking powder
Cocoa powder
Chocolate flavor
eggs
margarine and butter melted

Filling :

Boil water, sugar and rhum add grapes fruit in it

Seperate the juices water with the grapes

Divide cake into 2 to 3 portion

Spread the juices water over the top of cakes portion to make moist and cold when you eat it

butter cream :

Shortening

white margarine

Rhum

White bar chocolate

Last saturday i made this cake, as usual i was surprised when tasted specially the filling and the buttercream.
